How is PeroxyZen plant derived? We start our process by making a slurry out of plant scraps (corn husk, etc.) that have a high concentration of substrate for our engineered enzyme. We mix this slurry with ultrapure water. Next, we feed this mixture into our proprietary enzymatic reactor and use air from the environment to oxygenate all products. This step creates the high concentration of hydrogen peroxide. We next purify out the hydrogen peroxide and water, leaving no impurities. No petroleum derivatives. No toxic contaminants. No compromise.
Why is PeroxyZen better for you? Petroleum derived hydrogen peroxide (i.e. every peroxide on the market) has anywhere between 40-400ppm of volatile organic chemicals (VOCs). That's bad news for humans. As it turns out, VOC's are a nasty class of compounds that get absorbed through the skin (the largest organ in the body). Once absorbed or inhaled, these VOC's can accelerate the progression of cancer (see: https://iaqscience.lbl.gov/voc-cancer) and cause sustained tissue toxicity (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12183065). However, PeroxyZen isn't made through the petroleum process, but instead from organic plant material that do not have VOC's present. PeroxyZen is simply hydrogen peroxide and ultrapure water, with none of the contaminants.
How much PeroxyZen should I dose into my water?
- To keep a 300 gallon tank at 80-100ppm: with 17.5% PeroxyZen 2-4 ounces per day to each tank; with 35% PeroxyZen 1-2 ounces per day to each tank
How do I dilute PeroxyZen for oral/skin use? We do not recommend using PeroxyZen on skin or body parts un-diluted. To be safe, 2 drops of 17.5% PeroxyZen or 1 drop of 35% PeroxyZen in a cup of water will be sufficent.
